Who we are

Oksana Zaitseva operates Aerial Academy as a self-employed provider in Alberta, Canada, and is responsible for personal information. Contact details are below.

What we collect and why

We collect information you provide when applying, joining, purchasing or contacting us: name, email, country, training experience, practice setting, equipment access, availability, goals and consent choices. Accounts may also record access, lesson progress, community posts and feedback. Optional photos, videos and messages may contain personal information; do not put medical records or other sensitive details in open fields. We use information to review and answer requests, deliver programs, manage accounts and purchases, provide support, conduct program research and feedback, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Email and public materials

Submitting an application does not give marketing permission. Service messages needed to answer a request or deliver a program are separate from optional news, tips and offers. You can withdraw marketing consent through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us without losing otherwise eligible program access. Public reviews and progress videos are optional. We ask separately before publishing your words, name, photo or video; rewards never depend on positive feedback or publication permission. Community members can see what you post there.

Cookies and Do Not Track

Kajabi and its analytics providers, including RudderStack, process IP addresses, device/browser details, cookie identifiers, page views and link interactions for website operation, security and usage measurement. Google Fonts receives technical information, including your IP address, when fonts load. These providers may collect information over time and across sites under their own practices. We do not add advertising or social media pixels or build cross-site advertising profiles. The site does not change its operation in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy controls can limit collection but may affect forms, login or videos. Accepting Terms is not consent to optional tracking.

Providers and processing abroad

Oksana and team members who need information for school operations may access it. We use Kajabi for hosting, forms, accounts, lessons, community and platform email, and email providers for messages and notifications. Checkout identifies any payment providers; do not send card details in messages. Providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the US and other countries where they operate, subject to local laws and lawful government access. Contact us about overseas providers, processing purposes, policies or transfer arrangements. We may disclose information when law requires it or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the service.

Retention, protection and your rights

We keep information as reasonably needed for its purpose, legal obligations, consent records and disputes, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Limited records may remain after account closure. We use reasonable safeguards; absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent. We may verify identity and explain lawful limits. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the relevant regulator, including the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable. Local privacy rights continue to apply to international participants.

Young people, changes and contact

If you cannot legally agree independently, a parent or legal guardian must contact us before you apply; a website checkbox does not prove parental authorization.
